Today the faculty trains "Bachelors", "Magisters" in traditional specialties:
Business, trade and exchange activities (Business Economics);
Food technologies (1. Technologies of storage and processing of grain, 2. Technologies of bread, confectionery, macaroni products and food concentrates);
Sectoral engineering (Equipment for processing and grain production).
At the request of the modern development of the bakery industry, the following "Educational Programs" were opened:
International grain trade;
Technologies and management of grain business;
Grain storage technology and elevator business;
Technologies and management of fodder business;
Technologies and management of the bakery and confectionery business;
IT design and service of equipment (grain processing industry).
Considerable attention at the faculty is paid to the scientific work of the students, in the process of which they master the skills of independent research, solving complex organizational and engineering problems with the use of modern information technologies.
Graduates of the Faculty of Business and Grain Business successfully work as directors of elevators, flour and groat mills, mixed fodder factories, bakery factories, confectioneries and pasta factories, heads of economic, technological departments, heads of workshops, heads of laboratories, chief engineers, as well as enterprises of related industries, in relevant research and design organizations, teaching in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions.
